All Sales and digital downloads are final. Products purchased within the 30-day period can be returned for an exchanged product of equal value.
Overview
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
- Our organization does not provide refunds; however, we offer our customers an equal exchange provided the item is unused and in the same condition as received. This return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days only. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
- Upon receipt and after the inspection of your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item and then inform you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
- If approved, we will process your exchange, and the replacement item will ship to the address you provided via priority mail. You can expect to receive it within fourteen business days.

We will only replace your item due to defect or damaged.

- You will cover your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, it will be at no cost to you.
